    David Trewern

    David founded DT in 1996. Since then, it has grown to become one of the country’s largest and most pioneering digital agencies. David has established a reputation as an expert in bringing creativity and technology together with future-focused business strategy.

    He’s used this methodology to build competitive advantages for some of Australia’s biggest brands – from Honda, Bunnings and NAB to Myer, Qantas and Officeworks.

    David continues as Chairman of DT and manages digital growth for STW Group.

  • Brian Vella

    Brian Vella

    Brian's career began at a pure-play ecommerce company (wishlist.com.au) where he was inspired to focus his career in the digital space. He combined a Management & Marketing degree from Monash University with his passion for design and technology, joining DT in 2001.

    Today, Brian leads a team of diverse specialists, designing customer experiences for many of Australia's most famous brands; including but not limited to Tourism Australia, Bunnings, NAB, Myer and Officeworks.

    Brian is passionate about marketing and commerce in the digital age, and the role it plays in business transformation.

  • Tim Matheson

    Tim Matheson

    Tim joined DT in 2005 as Technical Director and now oversees all aspects of the business’ operations, including finance, human resources and information technology.

    In his career at DT, Tim has been responsible for the successful delivery of complex technical solutions for key clients including Myer, Bunnings and Honda Australia.

  • Kacey D'Odorico

    Kacey D'Odorico

    In a people-focused business, Kacey plays a critical role. She ensures we attract, engage, retain, grow and develop all of our staff. She currently leads all aspects of People & Culture for a team of 160 specialists across Melbourne and Sydney.

    Kacey joined DT in 2008 in the Client Service team. As a Group Account Director, she guided the development of websites and other digital brand experiences for a wide range of DT clients including Myer, Bunnings, CGU and AustralianSuper.

  • Jerker Fagerström

    Jerker Fagerström

    Jerker's experience spans creative, strategy and business development, teamed with unique insight into European and Australian markets. Most recently at DDB Stockholm, Jerker was ECD and Managing Partner. Under his leadership he and his teams won every global award show including a Titanium Lion and Cyber Grand Prix at Cannes and a Eurobest Outdoor Grand Prix. His clients have included McDonalds, Adidas, Volkswagen, Lufthansa, Carlsberg and H&M.

    Responsible for DT’s creative output across Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland, he works collaboratively with our strategy, technology and experience design teams.

  • Adam Schilling

    Adam Schilling

    Adam leads our experience design offer across DT. He directs several teams comprising specialised areas, such as customer research, product design, service design, information design & architecture, interaction design, usability & accessibility, art direction & visual design, illustration & animation and video production.

    He’s broadly responsible for the quality of every experience-led project at DT. Following user-centred design principles, he has helped lead startups to multi-million dollar investments and launched successful projects for Optus, Coles, Qantas Group, ABC, Bank of Melbourne, South Australian Tourism and others.

  • Tom Beeby

    Tom Beeby

    Tom joined DTDigital in 2009 as a senior developer after more than a decade working as a developer and consultant in the IT industry. His extensive software development experience has taken him across many industries, from hospitality management and accounting to collaboration and project portfolio management. His development expertise includes .NET 3.5, Silverlight 2.0/3.0, .NET RIA Services, ADO.NET Data Services, WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2005 / 2008, Visual Studio 2008 / 2010, and is also actively involved in the open source world.

  • Saul Flores

    Saul Flores

    Saul started his career in a management development program at one of the worlds most successful B2B E-commerce companies. He managed teams and projects in all areas of the business, including supply chain, operations, data, and technology and was the youngest in the company’s 110 year history to take on the role.

    As a management consultant, Saul led global transformation initiatives for fortune 500 companies with an emphasis on technology and customer centric operations. Saul has worked extensively in the European and American markets, and has consulted on 4 continents.

    Wil Monte

    Wil Monte is the founder and director of renowned and award-winning creative mobile specialists, Millipede. After gathering extensive experience and building an impressive client list as a freelance developer, Wil started Millipede in 2005 as an agency that specialises in creative programming, education and game development. Wil reluctantly let go of programming to concentrate on creative, managing and growing the business, and maintaining the culture that Millipede prides itself by. Millipede was acquired by DT in early 2014 - a partnership designed to grow Millipede’s strengths with the support of one of Australia’s biggest digital agencies.
